• Your decision to participate in the showcase must be made by February 1st.

• Costumes must be paid for when your register for the showcase on line.

• Your showcase tuition is auto-paid in two installments - April 15th and May 1st.

• The showcase tuition pays our instructors, rent & utilities for studio rehearsals, venue rental fees (for use of the stage for dress rehearsals and the showcase), a lighting technician, janitorial staff, and music purchasing/licensing.

• Dancers that choose not to participate in the showcase attend the 12 weeks of technique classes, but do not attend (or pay for) studio showcase rehearsals.

• Those participating in the spring showcase are allowed one absence during rehearsals. No absences are allowed during the last 2 weeks of studio rehearsals.

• All rehearsals the week of the showcase are mandatory - no exceptions will be made.

Since Central Elementary is not renting their auditorium to organizations outside of the the school system this academic year, we are planning to use Fluvanna County High School for our spring showcase. We are requesting Saturday, May 17th as the showcase date, with Wednesday, May 14th through Friday, May 16th as possible dress rehearsals. The high school will not be able to confirm that we can use the auditorium until early January, once graduation events are planned and put on the school calendar.  Stay tuned for more details.
